Challenge
Having multiple platforms (customer touchpoints) but lacking consistncy across the same, Akounto came to us looking for a design solution to re-establish themselves. After intensive discovery, strategy work and testing, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.
Outcome
A visually appealing, dynamic web and mobile application that saves a lot of backend work and time internally due to system automation, a new website with consistent messaging across platforms; and marketing collateral for various platforms like videos for YouTube, blogs for different platforms, etc, a brand that speaks the same language across channels; resulting in increased customer acquisition and retention.
